2024 was an important year for us because, with the 15 years since the company was founded, it marked an important achievement, which also represents a challenge for the future.
On one side, we increased our presence in international markets and, on the other, our focus on the local area. In order to consolidate our presence in the sectors in which we operate, which are characterised by strong specialisation and global competition, we have confirmed our participation in a number of trade fairs of international resonance, such as A&T (Turin), Xylexpo (Milan) and Electronica (Munich).
Moreover, driven by a sense of belonging to the territory and with a strong desire to invest in young people, Start Power and the Canazza family once again this year sponsored and joined two important initiatives, TEDxBiella and PMI DAY, organised by the Comitato Piccola Industria dell'Unione Industriale Biellese (Small Industry Committee of the Industrial Union of Biella), which opens the doors of companies to high school students every year.
Looking to the future, confirming the trend of the past three years, we are continuing the transformation of the company's operations, aiming to win highly specialised and customised orders. In addition, the percentage of turnover to foreign countries is increasing significantly, confirming the international appreciation of our know-how.
So what are the prospects for 2025?
In spite of the geo-political context and the difficulties of running a business, the good we have done in recent years leads us to look to the future with hope and ambition.
