Start Power equipments series SCxQML230 are totally controlled three-phase digital converters operating up to 500 Vac voltage, 360A current, frequency between 45 and 62Hz; they are suitable for speed and motor torque regulation. Sizes with current up to 9000 A are available in different mechanical dimensions.
The functions performed by the microprocessor include the main regulations, interfacing with external devices and diagnostics; all this can be summed up as follows:
- Reference generator with different combinations
- PID speed control
- Predictive current control with calculation of RL motor
- Auxiliary PID loops and function blocks for free use
- Two-level protection (alarms and warnings )
- Keyboard and interface display management on board converter
- External connection via RS232, RS422 and RS485 serial lines
- CAN field bus always present, any additional bus via optional module.
